Conditions of Sale
Trees are a product of their surrounding environment and factors contributing to that environment. At such time as a tree is purchased, we relinquish control of that environment, and therefore, of any influence over that tree's subsequent growth and productivity.
Every possible precaution is taken to prevent errors and to ensure that our trees are true to name and label.
It is therefore our Terms of Contract for the sale of trees that, in the event of any trees found to be untrue to name or label, we will be liable only to supply fresh trees.
All trees remain the property of Tom and Erin until full payment has been made.
